We are planning to construct by two stages, a steel plant with annual production of 3 million tons of steel by the year 2007.The main steel is plate blank with the thickness of 180mm to 220mm and the width of 700mm to 1200mm, square billet with 120mm or 150mm to 280mm, tube blank with 150mm to 260mm and rectangular bloom with 160mm¡Á320mm. After the completion, 15 billion yuan of turnover will be realized and 2 billion yuan of profit and tax will be achieved.
